We then move into Shaping Culture and Organizational Change as a leader. We dive into Relationship building and Social Intelligence, skills required for great leadership – not optional. We break into a sales-styled unit; you always sell something, so do it correctly. This is designed to stay in touch with your business growth process. Next, we will work on Traction and your ninety-day action planning and quarterly sprints to drive your goals for the year. We pull back into Self-Awareness and details that matter for you and those you serve. Then we get real with Emotional Intelligence, You and those who pay the price.

EQ is the test of any leader. This series teaches you to work hard to drive all the components of emotional intelligence and earn your desired results. Lastly, we Tighten it up and tie it together as we do in the EOEDS Series, not with a simple recap, but by adding more values you will implement.
